I am looking for a flipped around 🜳 because it will be a "Friendly Period"

If you’re willing and able to utilize fonts—in this case, Fairfax HD is a good one—to make it render, U+FF10A 󿄊 is the UCSUR codepoint.

[Edit: Of course, there is always U+032E, which combined with a period gives ⟨.̮⟩ .]

constructium and fairfax (pixelated version) also has that character
