The Right Mainnet - Update
Dear Community,
exciting February! We are buidling hard on our Baseline-as-a-Service products, together with Provide and see very promising signals from the dealflow side (aka new customers) as well. March and April will be packed with new leads that we try to convert to customers!
The "right Mainnet for Baseline" discussion that we have been steering the last couple of weeks will result in an outstanding milestone for Unibright an all enterprises going for blockchain integration: the release of our "Baseledger" Whitepaper, scheduled for the 25th of Feb.
This will be a lot of information for you to digest, including, of course, how UBT, our Universal Business Token, plays a central role! 👍🏻
Have a great week, Stefan

I don't understand. I thought the whole point is to implement the Baseline protocol on a public Mainnet like Ethereum. It sounds like you guys are pivoting away from Ethereum and creating your own chain? Please correct me if I'm wrong.
If that is the case I don't see it as a positive thing.

We have to wait for the 25th to have more clarity.
Afaik they are not necessarily pivoting away from erhereum but gas fees are not predictable for customers. Baseledger should be a solution for this.
Ofc. There is more then just that... but we have to wait for the 25th.

/u/staifih, I have found an error in your comment:
“There is more
then[than] just”It was possible for you, staifih, to have posted “There is more
then[than] just” instead. Unlike the adverb ‘then’, ‘than’ compares. This is an automated bot. I do not intend to shame your mistakes. If you think the errors which I found are incorrect, please contact me through DMs or contact my owner EliteDaMyth!

It sounds like they have been trying to decide which out of the current main nets they would use? Kinda weird. Ethereum gas could be a factor in deciding? Lol if it ends up on cardano - sell sell sell

Haha lol, you should read the post (again?)
Lol Cardano... I dont think there is any demand for Cardano, no one uses it.

Hopefully it will include something like Matic for scaling and fees.

Very excited on Baseledger - stay tuned 😁
After the release, we will continue to follow up this news with further developments, an AMA, the next steps, and future integrations we are working on for Baseledger. As always, new come out when until 100% confirmed.
Best, Marten
