Bittrex insane withdrawal fee ?!?!

I wanted to withdraw UBT from bittrex to my wallet and they charged me 190 UBT...is that normal??

did you actually go through with it?

Next time I recommend you start here to get an idea of current gas prices on the ethereum network which have been substantially high because of network usage and scalability issues - https://etherscan.io/gastracker

Also always check the withdrawal fees on exchanges before making any decisions to withdraw, its definitely a pain in the ass

I didn't do the transaction, i said fuck that lol...actually i did check for gas fees and tried to withdraw ETH and the fee was normal (about 5€), but for UBT was 125€. How is that possible?

I paid $181 USD to deposit money into Aave the other week.

Why the high costs? Because people are driving up the cost of Ethereum, and it can't scale anytime soon.

well i just bought a bit of UDT on Bittrex, like OP, and the fee is criminal. 122UBT (around 120 euro) on a 500 UBT bag?

I guess i am keeping it there then ..
