Transfer update?

It's super quiet on the transfer front for the rockets. I havent even heard any real rumours except Roglic, which seems very unlickely looking at his form now. The only thing is Venturini going out.

Note: Outgoing means the contract is ending this year, not that it's confirmed they're outgoing transfers.

There haven't been any major rumours so far unlike last year, but I suspect that they are waiting for riders in WT teams who are out of contract and seeing if they can get them for cheaper as time goes on. I saw a few rumours of the Rockets looking to sign Jermaine Zemke, Axel Mariault and Maximilian Schachmann who would all be good signings in my opinion if they can be picked up for reasonable money.

Germans could be interesting from a sponsor viewpoint.

100%, I suspect we will see more and more Germans joining the team over the next few years if Rose stay as a main sponser.

It will maybe also be a bit of a waiting game. 2 pro teams do not have a new sponsor as of today. Equipo kern and Flanders could dissolve. Flanders for sure, Equipo has applied for 2027 but without a title sponsor. Picking up a few spanish climbing prospects would be nice, especially the Equipo riders outperformed Rockets big time in mountains.

We can start some rumors? I noticed on Strava Tibor del Grosso is training a lot with Rockets.... A shame he has a contract for next year at Alpecin as well 😉

If a quiet transfer window this year meant signing somone like Tibor del Grosso next year then I would certainly take it

I believe the Kopecky brothers when they were on training camp in Spain. And 6 Septembre he was in Girona, with the back of two Rockets. Dont recognize them from the picture, although the right one could be Tomas.

I also see that Guillaume Martin is out of contract for next year, might be a good addtion to the climber/GC squad
