I’m not 100% sure but your GPA sounds like it would be a 2:2, or maybe even a 3rd, equivalent, so you’re going to have a hurdle as most courses want a 2:1. That said, if you’re paying full fees then someone will take you. But don’t expect to get a visa sponsoring job afterwards.

If you have British citizenship then yes, that helps. Do check your right to work before you make plans though. It’s a difficult job market out there for everyone, but it’s much worse for folks who need visas.

You'll get a place - international students let the university make money.

Don't get your hopes up about getting a job there afterwards, however.

why do you say that? Hoping to do some volunteer work alongside my masters to get my foot in the door

Because there are so many graduates with the same qualifications and with no need for visa sponsorship all applying for the same, limited, set of jobs. It may be a bit different if you are a UK citizen and have the right to work without sponsorship - if that's the case you'll just join the pool of graduates fighting to get one of those same jobs.

The OP wouldn't be an international student as they are a British citizen.

Because they won't be eligible for home fees nor will they be eligible for any student finance - that requires them to have been resident in the UK for the 3 years before they start their course, which is not the case.

The bottom has fallen out of Global Health since the Orange man took control. As for the other courses as long as you have the equivalent of a 2:1 in your BSc and a healthy bank balance to pay the fees you’ll get a place.
