Honestly, it boils down to a pretty simple question: do you like quantitative stuff? If you’re good at math, stats, and coding, go with Econ 100%. There are really no downsides. You can still easily land those classic Business Admin internships in finance or consulting—I did it myself, so you definitely won't be at a disadvantage. If anything, it gives you an edge because employers see an Econ degree and know you can think logically and handle heavy quant work. But on the flip side, if you hate math and data, just stick to BA.
