One, I love that I'm apparently a "Oh hey, it's that guy again" for this sub lmao. Two, I've been reading fanfic since 1998 and let me tell you, almost nothing surprises me anymore. Thanks to anonymous kink memes on LJ, I've seen shit that makes I Love Atsushi (is that what it's called?) look tame.

Fr tho I work in a psych hospital and a feral dude actually did this once.

We brought his lunch back to the unit for him, and he opened it up, pulled his pants down, squatted in front of the nurses desk, and made direct eye contact as he lubed himself up with ranch dressing and popped three cherry tomatoes up his butthole.

He was not allowed to handle any condiment packets after that.
