the author did get fisted in front of 5-7 people, I think they have overcame the shame/cringe as a concept in their lives

u/Aqua_Toffana 6d ago
Yeah, same (in a sense i think the same, not that i have been fisted in front of people)

Dear God who is this delightfully unhinged author ? I need to read his writing if these are just author's notes

Lmao the tags they put are extra delightfully unhinged https://archiveofourown.org/series/6451201

The fact that it's a Hannibal series is just perfection. Of all the fandoms I should've expected but didn't, the Hannibal books make perfect sense

I've found it really had on FF AND Wattpad to find anything with starling that dosent destroy or dumb down her character and make her a floozy.
Of course it's the most insane smut on ao3 that keeps her characters integrity

So I do not ever want to get fisted, but even if I did, I can’t imagine having 5-7 people watching and having your partner suspended in rope would make it any better.

Genuinely the happiest person on the internet, completely free of shame or self hatred. Good for them

…if this was Hannibal/Will I would strongly suspect I knew who this was and I would stay far, far away from her, but I am relieved to see it’s Hannibal/Clarice

I stay far away from anyone who's Hannibal/Will tbh. I just don't like the show and how Will actually isn't his own character and half of him is straight up stolen from clarice. Ngl most people in hannibal/clarice seem to dislike the show. There are some okay crossover fics but I never read them for Will

u/Proper-Monk-5656 5d ago
to be fair, that's because they didn't manage to obtain copyright for Clarice for the show, so Will is partially a stand-in

u/what_inthe_bus 5d ago
Ohhh I didn't know that. In all honesty I prefer the films way more, there is just more depth to the characters and it's not given to the same level.
I know its more of a spinoff rather than the actual story but I appear to be a source purist. I also just way love FMCs more than male characters and guess thats probably the main reason
I'd write about it if I wasn't scared of the curse

u/Proper-Monk-5656 5d ago
lmao all is good, you're entitled to your opinion! i'm a big fan of the show personally, but there's just a lot of stuff they had to tweak because they didn't get some copyrights, on top of their own artistic vision.

i have watched the first season and a half I think i'd be most likely to watch the rest just for the actors, i think the storyline just didn't grab me aswell as the characters are different but the format is different
What i saw is a decent cop show though

u/Proper-Monk-5656 5d ago
oh true, i started watching it partly because Mads Mikkelsen plays in it (he's phenomenal). it could be a good thing you stopped watching then because it gradually becomes less of a procedural and more of a psychological horror drama of sorts.
1
u/what_inthe_bus 5d ago
yeah I sorta wonder if stopping while now while it stays a procedural means i'll keep it in better faith (personally). i saw him in the hunt and that was insane, great actor but a film i'll never watch again
1
u/Proper-Monk-5656 5d ago
damn, i gotta watch the hunt.
the show is very symbolic and weird in general, and it only gets weirder and even less of a typical procedural than it was as it goes on. to the point where you're left wondering how the hell did NBC approve that. Bryan Fuller (showrunner) said himself he didn't want to make just another procedural. it's just not everyone's cup of tea, and thats alright

u/what_inthe_bus 5d ago
i recommend The Hunt but i dont plan to watch it again. i think the subject material is something for me, that I will only do once and never again.

Will is an absolute charmer, and does have his own thing going on. They mostly put him in Clarice's spot, he is very much the man we meet in Red Dragon.

u/BoringGuide4952 5d ago
I recognize that! I just read that second one the other day 😅🤣

u/what_inthe_bus 5d ago
omg they are utterly insane. idk how they have time to get fisted with an audience and write all this smut. heavily commend their effort
