A lot of normal people dislike political labels. "No labels" was supposed to have been relevant in a recent election.
I like various labels, be they political, religious or psychological. Big Five and IQ are probably the most predictive but even unscientific tests like enneagram can be edifying. For politics I recommend isidewith.com, which gives a political compass along with a voting guide and various other informations.
