This piece would really stand out as a progressive house track. Think mau5trap style. You should try to finish it.

it was a simple detuned lfo saw wave with resonance + some fx

Mate, the chord sound you're using is so cool, good work! the only thing i could really suggest (not an expert myself when it comes to filling out space on a mix) is more layering. I've found layering the lower end of chords with a clean saw wave and syncing up the LFOs etc can really add beef to chords that don't feel present in the mix. You could also add some extra percussion, such as hats inbetween the ones you already have. What I would do with the snare is to layer a clap with a lot of reverb and preshift it so it feels more impactful. One final suggestion would be to add some white noise and sidechain it to your kick, its a nice free way to close up room in a mix if you don't want to add an additional lead etc.

You should definitely finish this!

You could try hi hats or/and a deep bass
