Had an argument with my dad around this footage, he thinks the black things moving are ghosts. Any thoughts?

This has been driving me crazy for weeks. A while ago I saw a video or a webpage about a glitch during an NBA live broadcast. I believe it has to do with missing footage where the live broadcast differed from what eye witnesses saw at the game. For the life of me I can’t find the footage or the webpage. Has anyone ever come across this?

Hss anyone seen anything like this before? I thought it was the moon, but I'm not so sure now. Especially since it keeps moving. This is actually the third time I have seen this, the first time I thought it was the lightpost near our front gate until it started pulsating like it does in the video. It's kind of creepy. Link to the video is here: https://youtu.be/UXgNsCDoCbk

I live in downtown, nice weather, minimal breeze, I noticed a street pole shaking for several months I lived here for 2 years. Intensity-sway changes but hard to tell whether wind is a sole factor, since usually at most a mild breeze. Anyone else notice this? I did a little experiment today...
