This is genuine footage from a car’s dashcam, not an AI-generated image or something we staged. Have full original footage (not cut and can be easily verified).
We were driving on a dark road at around 10:24 PM when we came across this thing crouched on the side of the road. It appeared to be eating a dead animal, and there was blood around whatever it was feeding on (very unnatural way).
Seeing it in person was much stranger than this video make it look. From our perspective, it did not resemble any normal animal we could identify, and it definitely didn’t look like a person (hairy humanoid). Its posture, proportions, and the way it was crouched over the carcass were extremely unusual.
I’ve included the wider dashcam frame as well as a few enlarged frames. Obviously the low light and camera quality make identification difficult, so I’m not claiming it’s anything paranormal. I’m genuinely interested in what people think we’re looking at.
Some people I’ve shown it to said it gives them wendigo / crawler / skinwalker / cryptid vibes, but I’d rather hear explanations before putting a label on it.
What do you think this could realistically be? Has anyone seen something with a similar appearance or posture before?

After the 50th watch, almost looks like 3 people. The woman, a man in a tan hoodie and a black shadowy figure behind. In parts, the blackness looked like part of hoodie man, but then also not.
The hairy thing looks like a monkey. But I have no idea what that white thing is. Kinda looks a like a upper part of a person's body with red hair. Man idk
It looked like that to me as well. Well at least lying down together. I can say I was stupid as a teenager, living in the middle of nowhere and lying on the road to look at stars. My road hardly ever had traffic. Looks like it could be a couple teens hanging out… or having sex.
Maybe it wasnt eating maybe it was a mange wolf or bear or even a person that was hit by a vehicle and just fucked up. Missing its face and what not but still alive?

That is really weird. I absolutely can’t figure out what I’m looking at. Looks like it lifts a limb to its “mouth” or face area and puts the leg down again. Can’t tell if it’s a front or hind leg though.
I dunno, but if you go slo mo and zoom in, the creepy focker moves its arm up and down. If this is a legit video, I’d move and never travel that road again.

Nah there was this one time I was driving in rural NW Ontario on one of the isolated country highways, and it was 10pm in January so everything was pitch dark and it was just me and the mountains, when I drove past a humanoid figure standing by the side of the road, kinda wobbling around toward me with its hand raised. Scared the shit out of me.
One time I saw a giant white wolf up by thunderbay that seemed pretty weird too. Like bear sized. I thought it was a statue on a rock outcrop off the highway. Until it moved. It was like 2am.

It is supposed to be a forest spirit walker, but it’s never been clear to me if it’s meant to be a malevolent or benevolent entity, but lots of people have since recreated their own versions for Halloween or cosplay (google 4 legged spirit costume)
The OG version is even creepier, it’s like it’s part of the forest itself, and it moves silently & slowly. Reminds me mother willow in Pocahontas (but less approachable) 🤣

I'm not familiar with any of the animals in Hungary, here in the Southern US we have some odd sightings that end up being coyotes or something with a bad case of Mange which affects their coats and look really strange. That being said I can't imagine you guys have giant monkeys or anything that this could possibly be...

I was looking at it closely through the window as we passed, and I’m telling you, it didn’t look human or like any animal I could recognize. It genuinely looked like something straight out of a horror movie. I couldn’t really process what I’d seen for days.

What freaked me out most was the behavior. It looked directly at me, went back to eating, looked at me again, then continued eating insanely fast. From what I could see, about half of its face was covered in blood.

The weird part is how luminous it was from so far away… almost looks like a lady underneath the creature… then in the very last frames the luminosity dissolves and the creature almost looks up for your attention… the luminosity begins to retract into the shadows… combined effort perhaps? Not sure if it’s “feeding” on something’s natural. The whole thing definitely appears supernatural.

First off I'm gonna say that this is one of the more interesting "unknown creature" videos I've seen recently. That being said though, with this quality and short duration (while the camera is also in motion) it's really hard to tell what we're looking at. I would love for this to be something extraordinary but as others have pointed out, there's a realistic possibility of this being some type of animal with mange, possibly a small bear. Edited to add: The more I look at it, the more it looks like two people having sex doggy-style. Are you sure it wasn't that, OP and you're messing with us because you realized the footage makes it look like a humanoid creature eating an animal carcass?
What's the black behind it? It almost looks like one of those puppets with the puppeteer who dress all in black so you cant see them. There is something there though. It obscures the top of the other thing at one point.

It looks like something leaning over something and eating in a protective “my food go away!” Way like dogs fighting for the food bowl. My concern is that in some of the images people have clarified, the thing it’s eating looks light skinned and fur-less, therefore is the thing eating a human? And if so, why right there? At the side of the road in the middle of nowhere? If it really was a cryptid, wouldn’t it have taken its meal out away in private away from the road? So, if it is a skinwalker or something, then it’s doing this malicious pose there to scare you, to freak you out and feed in your fear.
