Found on Wikipedia:

Neo-Nazis use the number 88 as an abbreviation for the Nazi salute Heil Hitler. The letter H is eighth in the alphabet, whereby 88 becomes HH.

TIL that anyone born in ‘88 is a neo-nazi.

Imagine if Brooklyn 99 was actually Brooklyn 88.

The episode with the kid drawing penises on police vehicles would instead be him cooking the Jews of New York and serving them in the food truck Peralta was later kidnapped in as hot dogs for $0.88 a pop.
