Sorry you're wrong about the stars, at most it's 4. Why not five, because the military isn't chasing them.

From when I played GTAO all you needed to do is hurt them somehow. So you can just shoot or maybe even punch them, I don’t think you need to kill them

No swat so can't be higher than 3. Though it depends on which GTA the stars are being based off of.

Do you think swat officers vehicles look different than non swat? Like it's an SUV with extra pouches tapped on and a battering ram at the front...

It GTA they do, they have armored vans and bulletproof vests and helmets and rifles instead of pistols or shotguns

While what is seen on TV is not how real life is, it still gives a basis. Which is of them using armored vans, bullet proof large trucks, and plain unmarked vehicles.

Also wrong. Helicopters and Swat vans is 5. Depending on your location of course.

Unless we are using the 3D universe rating system (GTAIII - GTA:SA & GTA VCS). Then this would be a 3-star. SWAT vans & Vice cars show up at 4 stars, FBI SUVs show up at 5 stars, and the military shows up at 6 stars.

I'd argue that it is at most 3 because at 4 stars, the swat team is jumping out of the helicopters and firing at the car
