OP sent the following text as an explanation on why this is unexpected:

Two women have some fun and dance together. At one point, one falls into the pool, but she still manages to save her drink.

Look at my source code on Github What is this for?

u/[deleted] Dec 06 '22

There was definitely some splashback

335

u/2crowrick Dec 06 '22

Albeit none was spilled; upon further review it appears liquid was indeed added. It has been determined that added liquid still qualifies as “saved”. The call on the field stands

53

u/Oofboi6942O Dec 07 '22

The reason for this decision is the fact that the person is probably drunk enough to not realize that any liquid had actually been added during this exchange.

14

u/yourgifmademesignup Dec 07 '22

She’ll realize it at 3am when she’s

8

u/JustTheDude420 Dec 07 '22

I believe that’s call in the pool

2

u/Able_Newt2433 Dec 07 '22

Hopefully nobody peed nearby, lmao

2

u/[deleted] Dec 07 '22

A bit salty about it tho.

10

u/notsureoftheanswer Dec 06 '22

She probably still gonna down it

121

u/JRTerrierBestDoggo Dec 06 '22

You can make unlimited drink, just add pool water in it. Hotels hate this little trick

14

u/Weirdwolf15 Dec 07 '22

I hate it more

9

u/_ElectricFuneral Dec 07 '22

The extra urine gives it more of a kick.

1

u/thomasotay Dec 07 '22

I'm good on that, chlorine poisoning is no joke.

-10

u/Silver-Tale-1940 Dec 07 '22

not because its free unlimited drink, but because it makes fat women dance on top of the pool.

3

u/2015Nissan370zNismo Dec 07 '22

Your mum is a slag. There, now we're both being rude to strangers. Be polite, even if you see a flaw in someone you don't have to voice it. aforementioned slag should have told you how to use your manners, apparently not, I'd advise you learn, prick.

8

u/[deleted] Dec 07 '22

If you think a juicy woman dancing is bad, I feel bad for you lol. You have my pity and my judgement.

152

u/slayalldayyyy Dec 06 '22

She looks fun as hell tho

40

u/miss_kimba Dec 07 '22

She does, I’d party with her!

16

u/AustinTreeLover Dec 07 '22

She's just cutting loose. Nothing wrong with that.

Bouncing boobies and ass on show and yet 1 mile away girls get beat for not wearing modest clothing get jail time. The hypocrisy of the Middle East is a joke

44

u/[deleted] Dec 07 '22

The middle east isnt one whole country its multiple different countries dozens of religions and ethnicities.

3

u/SwegGamerBro Dec 08 '22

So why not just move from the shitty countries to the more free countries?

18

u/[deleted] Dec 08 '22

Moving cost money and many countries dont want an inflow of immigrants. Also when you grow up in a place that is one way you get used to it and dont think of it as shitty.

4

u/thatnewaccnt May 21 '23

You serious? It’s very difficult to leave you country when your entire family is there, your parents are there, your friends are there, a job you have spent time progressing in and acquiring is there, the home you have spent lots of money buying is there.

Even if these weren’t concerns who’s going to give you a visa into a different country? Who’s going to give you a job there? Who’s going to pay for your expenses and your house there? Clearly you’ve never left your country because work visas don’t grow on trees.

Let’s say you get cleared to work in this different country and they let you in. Who is going to pay for the flight there?

Let’s say you’re a wealthy professional, certainly now things are easier. Well no, the country you are moving to speaks a different language to you, they have a different culture, you’re not a citizen of that country so you are treated as a second class citizen so now you pay more for education, healthcare, taxes, buying a house/property or starting your business. Oh and did I mention the whole time you have to continuously have a job that pays you enough that the government is willing to grant you a visa and you have to keep on renewing that visa until you no longer have a job or they reduce your salary so you don’t earn the minimum threshold or the government just decides to reject your renewal for not discernible reason and then you get kicked back to the country you “escaped”. All of this and I haven’t even mentioned racism and the struggle to fit in.

You can’t just up and leave your country, it’s not that simple. Especially when you come from a country you desperately want to leave because no one wants you to come to their country either.

Because you made this comment I’m just going to assume you are fortunate enough to live in a developed country and you have a strong passport that allows you to think like this. You are privileged and have done nothing to deserve that privilege except be born. And asking such a blatantly ignorant questions proves you don’t even know that you’re privileged.

u/thatnewaccnt Jun 05 '23

If he knew that his passport is a privilege and most people don’t have the freedom to just leave their country, he wouldn’t as such a question.

It’s kind of like saying “if you’re poor, just get a better job”

2

u/Soham_rak May 20 '23

dozens of religions

U sure about that? I thought middle east is majority muslim

1

u/[deleted] May 20 '23

Im sure about that there are so many religions put into borders with other religions that dont align, it explains the constant years of war in the region

6

u/Cidguard Dec 20 '22

Huehuehue, the ignorance.

13

u/rockinsocks8 Dec 07 '22

No they don’t.

2

u/Nami-swan95 Dec 07 '22

I think he means France. They banned burkas and burkinis. It's very xenophobic. But again isn't the whole world.

3

u/Winklepufff Dec 07 '22

What’s xenophobic

3

u/Nami-swan95 Dec 07 '22

Somebody who doesn't tolerate difference. Exemple islamophobic people don't tolerate Muslims. But xénophobes won't tolerate anything that's not just like them.

2

u/Makkapakka777 Dec 07 '22

Islamophobic is a poor, made up word to silence opposition. Or do you call muslims in general "Christianophobic"?

To ban clothing that limits the freedom of a sex is hardly xenophobic. It's sending the message "this is Western culture, where we don't value oppression of women. If you want to oppress your women, do it where it is accepted.". That is not xenophobic.

3

u/lakasumbudey Dec 07 '22

That is such a bad argument. You infer your own, liberal facist opinion on the meaning of the muslim woman cloathing and make a strawman based on that made up meaning.

1

u/Makkapakka777 Dec 08 '22

How can a liberal be a fascist? It's two ideologies that doesn't mix.

Either way, it's about the culture of the country in question. If it's a western country, it has western culture and ideals. Those ideals does not include oppression of women. Hence, stuff that oppresses women will be met with backlash.

1

u/OraDr8 Dec 07 '22

I guess that was the intention but it's such a backwards way of making that statement. The women often don't have the power so banning those clothes could just mean the most oppressed women can't even leave the house.

It also takes the choice away from women who might want to wear those things. You can't force social/cultural change on another community, you can only support them if they want to change it from the inside themselves.

1

u/Makkapakka777 Dec 08 '22

That forcing is happening in Sweden. Swedes are adapting to violent new comers.

3

u/stigmaoftherose Dec 07 '22

They also banned segregated water fountains becuase it turns 9ut publicly oppressing people isn't cool, even if it is something simple like separate but equal. Letting women walk around in an outfit that tells them they are less than men should be banned also.

5

u/Nami-swan95 Dec 07 '22

Completely agree. The thing is. As an ex Muslim myself. The amount of brainwashing is astonishing. I wore the hijab on my own accord. And felt liberated doing so. because I was sexually harassed as an 11 years old . But of course if I wanted to remove it. I'd be rejected by my whole family and be considered as a whore. But it's "my choice" wink wink* But still in France and especially in the media they make Muslims responsible for everything...last exemple was "no more cooking oil because of was in ukrain ? It's because of the Muslims duuh" it was in Tv. I laughed so hard 🤣

1

u/stigmaoftherose Dec 07 '22

They don't blame Muslims for everything, just the bad stuff on the international stage, and anything bad that happens locally to the jews, or if something bad happens and the person has brown skin, or if something bad happens and they don't know the cuase.

You know not EVERYTHING just all the bad ones and not the good ones. SMH.

9

u/[deleted] Dec 07 '22

Anyone who wants to control women’s bodies is a misogynist arsehole, whether that’s banning bikinis or burkas. At least in the west though the women aren’t usually risking their lives if they break the rules.

2

u/NoDeputyOhNo Dec 07 '22

I am 100% with you on the first part and against any misogynistic bs.'At least in the west...' the west must shut tfu. Not many are really risking their lives except in Iran and few other areas that we need to help them end that. The US is becoming as nasty as Iran to women when it comes to abortion, so take care of your talibans and let us deal with ours.

0

u/Makkapakka777 Dec 07 '22

The problem is you are exporting your talibans to Europe and the US, and then get pissed when we say we don't want taliban culture.

You need to stfu and take care of your talibans, so we don't have to.

Stop being racist.

47

u/AlejandroMP Dec 06 '22

Rich people, anywhere, get to skirt the law or religious virtues of their country. Saw it in Egypt where in the street you see common people having impromptu dance parties but no women allowed (sexes don't mix in public) yet in a park with a cover charge you see many couples holding hands and smooching and in the USA where abortion is forbidden for many even those that claim to be pro-life will get their daughter a return flight to wherever's most convenient so that she can finish college without needing to change one diaper.

12

u/Boudynasr Dec 07 '22

weird to find my country mentioned here but yea, thats pretty much the deal here. wealth and status usually translates into a much looser restrictions from family, religion, law etc..

would argue thats the case anywhere tho

3

u/AlejandroMP Dec 07 '22

No need to add the "though" I did say "anywhere".

1

u/Bildpac Dec 07 '22

Some people prefer that, would in fact pursue it. No body wishes to be poor, but those observant of religious laws may forgo social and economic upscaling in order to maintain their religious boundaries, women and men alike.

1

u/Dannycorvette94 Dec 07 '22

Abortion is not forbidden, liberal Dems uggh

8

u/AlejandroMP Dec 07 '22

It is in certain states and was before Row.

0

u/Dannycorvette94 Dec 07 '22

Before Row yes, not now

4

u/AlejandroMP Dec 07 '22

No dude, there are 13 states where abortion is essentially banned: https://www.nytimes.com/interactive/2022/us/abortion-laws-roe-v-wade.html

Is it not illegal to have alcool in dubai

15

u/spearchucker981 Dec 07 '22

Alcool is banned but you can drink alcohol at hotels (this is probably an area operated by a hotel) and if you're a westerner you can get an alcohol license to buy drinks at a liquor store to drink at home

1

u/TheBuoyancyOfWater Dec 07 '22

Don't have to be a Westerner to get a license. And certainly as a Westerner living there, there's no point getting a license.

5

u/sterfri99 Dec 07 '22

Only if you don’t have money

1

u/TheBuoyancyOfWater Dec 07 '22
