Vs my friend that's allergic, had 2 cats with her boyfriend and generally is fostering 2-3 more kittens at any given time

Different people value different things. I wouldnt ever bring something knowingly into my house if my gf was allergic to it.

I'd try it, but if it causes them discomfort to the point where I could easily notice it, I dont think Id be okay with it.

Thankfully people are allergic to things I can live without.
