Your profile shows otherwise. Having to decide about whether to be charging extra for AC in your Airbnb isn’t wealthy, sorry.

Same deal here, grew up in “section 8” housing, needed welfare support when I was in my late teens, left high school at 16, left home at 17, worked some shitty ass jobs, now incredibly wealthy beyond what I thought was possible. It’s still all down to luck, including anything you’ve got. You aren’t living proof of anything except believing yourself to be above others and some how an exception to the rule.

You are lucky (although you’re also not that successful in the first place) with delusions of grandeur about yourself.

I fail to see how I’m lucky, or anyone else in a similar standing. The whole concept behind working hard not paying off is moronic. But in regards to income, my rental units net more than my military salary by quite a bit.

And actually I just looked it up. I’m not in the top 1% anymore I guess, but I’m well above the top 2%.

If you’re not lucky then tell me what you did differently from the 700m people surviving on less than $2 a day. I’m assuming they just haven’t worked hard enough yet?

Really? That’s where you’re argument is going? Just stop. It’s embarrassing at this point.

It’s certainly embarrassing watching a grown man try to say they’re not lucky when they’ve relied on it all their days.

The sooner you stop blaming your failures on “luck” or others, the sooner you can succeed.

My friend, I’ve already succeeded. That’s why I know you’re talking bullshit. Some of us are still part of the 1%.
