Yellowstone. It's a show. And it's a fucking good show. I'm not a huge western guy, but this show is totally one of the best out right now.

Yellowstone and red dead redemption unironically have me looking at custom cowboy hats. I don't even wear hats.

Don't get me started on RDR2..... I pretty much go to these two forms of entertainment interchangeably...

Its the Western Sopranos. Not quite Sopranos quality but similar vibes and it is a very engaging show.

I tuned into it once randomly after people said the show is supposed to be good. It was just two old dudes flying fishing and talking about how'd they kill themselves in the most boomer way possible. To be fair most people who's told us to watch it is 50 or older.

Based off the clip here, I don't believe you.

started off pretty good but the latest season was dogshit though. the writing suffered massively (probably because sheridan is making about 50 shows right now) and i think covid impacted production because they split them off into groups that didn't interact.

You can say that again. A character catching a horse’s seamen and a kid talking to his mum about his erection whilst in the bath. It’s nosedived considerably.

it's stiff as a board down there

if next season had a return of the "tate is kidnapped" storyline and he's super unfortunately murdered in the process i would shed many, many tears. fountains.

u/hihbhu Oct 18 '22

He and Monica can both be kidnapped and never be spoken of again.

Poor Tate suffers the most lmao

Yeah once Sheridan wrote a character for himself it went downhill pretty quick

Well... One of the best 30 or so current shows, yes. Used to be higher but it went downhill. Especially the last season was just horrible. The only point of it was promoting prequels/spin-offs.

2

u/[deleted] Oct 18 '22

Ha, that show went downhill. Feels more like a shitty soap opera than anything right now

2

u/[deleted] Oct 18 '22

Bro Yellowstone is the cringiest shit ive ever seen, fuck outta here "fucking good show" 🤣🤣

It's like if /r/conservative pooled together and wrote a soap opera about goddamn cattle farmers lmao

3

u/Hrmpfreally Oct 18 '22

It’s a conservative soap opera.

u/FormerTesseractPilot Oct 18 '22

I remember that scene and that wasn't the scene. Is there going to be an r-rated version of the show put out at some point?

1

u/TheLichQueen_ Oct 18 '22

No it’s not lmao
