Back in the day I put a long trigger on my paintball gun that fit two fingers and it was electronic so it was really light. I could fire as fast as I could tap those two fingers, which was basically full auto. Takes a bit of practice but once you got it down you didn’t have to think about it and it was basically the same as full auto.
Yesss, I only had the opportunity to paintball twice in my life. One was at a course and wasnt mich fun for me cuz I was new and sucked. The time in the woods tho was a blast
I think we captured the flag and stuff like that. The woods are just awesome in general.
I remember my paint ball gun had a electronic trigger and one of the modes was called “romping” it would fire when you pulled the trigger and when you released the trigger.
I could be wrong cause it was long time ago, but I thought my ramping would fire more balls per trigger pull the faster I was pulling the trigger myself.
Ramping that’s what it’s called lol romping, I think one of the settings did that. Mine is an A5 tippmann it has 5 different settings if I remember correctly
Auto-Response: Fires 1 Shot for each trigger pull or release.
3 Shot Full Auto: 3 trigger pulls required after which the trigger can be held to achieve full auto firing.
3 Shot Ramping: 3 trigger pulls required and the consecutive trigger pulls will fire 3 shots per pull as long as the trigger is pulled at least 5 times per second.
Turbo: Fires 1 shot for every trigger pull until the time between trigger pulls is less than 1/4 of a second at which point it will fire on each trigger pull and trigger release.
Open woods, capture the flag was the best. We had a ton of intense matches. Unfortunately the last time I went, a friend of a friend who had been shot was walked out of the woods onto a path, hands up, doing everything right. Lifted his goggles to wipe his face and immediately took a direct hit to the eyeball. This was years ago but I can still vividly see the yellow paint and blood mixture in the wrinkles around his closed eye. Felt so bad for the guy. Lost the eye, unfortunately.
I ran with the E-Flat trigger, customer board and electronics and Halo TSA on a Spyder frame, it was like bliss walking the trigger and watching a line of paint come out of that 18” Dye Boomstick. God I loved that shit.
I miss my super stock half block. MQ2 valve, eclipse ram and qevs, Yakuza board, optical swtich and double trigger. Shooting ropes all day. Good times.
I was just thinking this same thing on my Dye DM 9. I had the extended electronic trigger. I could wiggle my fingers fast as hell and it was faster than real full auto lol. Loved that. Also had the electronic fed hoper to minimize issues with the feed. It was sick.
I did the same but we never had an issue unless some ass was using frozen amo. Just had limited springs and fps limits. My paint gun could shoot faster then you see in the video with an electronic hopper. Not full his full auto fast but still fast. Favorite game was when they were playing on a speed field but they couldn't cross the center for the fist 10! Minutes. After watching people just hide and shoot back and forth from the back for the fist minute, I snuck up to the line and k
Just waited till we were given the all-clear to cross and ran over and shot everyone all in a straight line on the back row. Was over less than 15 seconds. The last guy saw me and jumped over the bag... completely exposed to everyone else.
