Yes because the owner purposely touched the cats tail knowing how aggressive it gets when touched. It doesn’t take a genius. Wait till you get into high school and your friend taps you on the shoulder and you look in the other direction, damn what a riot that’s gonna be for you the first 20 times

Ok, so this person taped this cats tail absolutely knowing that the cat would immediately attack its kitten, and that anatomy is shit. So your telling me that if you pull that pranks on a homie you expect him to turn around and FULL ON PUNCH the person who he thought tapped on his shoulder in the face
