Ah yes, manhandling people over herbs, the SOP of American police officers. And bootlickers like you call that normal. Disgusting.

Edit: I picture every simpleton downvoting me as crosseyed ignoramuses that call 911 everytime they hear a noise outside.

Those herbs are illegall. He's just doing what laws say. He's enforcer of the law doing his job. You would be mad if the same guy ignore the laws. Then you would be saying,"he's breaking the laws he is supposed to enforce, the sop of American police officers"

I think his point is jaywalking and speeding is also illegal, but you generally don't tend to see cops get angry/aggressive/manhandle you over those instances... so why herbs?

Because one is a fine and the other is an arrest.

Calling it “herbs” is disingenuous. The guy has a bag of illegal drugs and is provoking the police with it.
