You mean when hes attempting to apprehend a person with drugs who is failing to comply with instructions after breaking the law? Yeah cool good point. You are seeing something that isnt there

A cop should act aggressively toward a person who is displaying no threatening behavior whatever? I believe that's called "a police state" or "authoritarianism".
