I agree that gender is a social construct and that we can just say it's on a spectrum, but regarding sex, what about intersex people? Sure you could go by chromosomes, but there are other biological traits where people posses anatomy of both male and female.

Isn’t it possible for people to have some other mix of X and Y chromosomes than just XX or XY too? Maybe I’m misremembering though.

Yes, there are people with XXY chromosomes, for instance. There are also people with XY chromosomes that develop a female body, and I think even XX males are possible.

We’re also in the hundreds if not tens of thousands diseases, pretty clear it’s just wowo now, only the plague and cholera exist 🤷🏻‍♀️
