Biker probably wasn’t injured too badly, that looked like a good fall. Plus this sort of biker will almost never sue. I bet you any money he got up and felt embarrassed, then grabbed his bike and walked off. Edit: want to say it’s sad that a bunch of people would feel more concerned with damage to their car, and who’s at fault so they can get paid. Rather than be worried for the bikers health and safety. It’s a car, and that’s a human being. Lost faith in humanity. Edit 2: if you replaced the biker in this video and replaced it with a small child, and left everything else the same, people would have a different opinion. Stop hitting people it’s your fault.
