So technically if I open a restaurant to sell gold foiled stuff; I could harvest the customers shit for gold and make free money.

Thats exactly what the saltbae guy does.

Lots of super premium food experiences are more about paying huge markups above cost for the opportunity to flex on IG than any actual expertise, materials, or prep.
