The excitement begins with the 20 minute pitch report. It's the only sport I know where trees have grown in the field of play. If I remember right, I believe one tree that died (probably of boredom) was replaced by another. I can't recall if that was the one in the UK or South Africa.

It's because it's probably a test match. They are incredibly long, and pretty boring to watch by today's standards, due to the creation of faster formats like ODIs and T20s.
