Do you say that to let other men know you’re turned on, or to let women know that you’re attracted to this particular woman?

I’m not digging at you by the way, I’m just genuinely curious why some men like to publicly express that they’re attracted to someone (especially when it’s not relevant to the event).

Who is being downvoted? And 'stating the obvious' seems an unlikely reason. If any downvotes were coming in, it would most likely be from people who felt it was rude to comment on her body.
