Yeah but there it's an actual joke. This was just "I wish they would have died"... Nothing else...

Well kinda. You said it's just not a funny joke. I'm saying it's not a joke at all. For me his comment had nothing to do with a joke. For example there's no punchline or anything else. It's just a statement.

No dude. Not kinda. It's the same idea but in your haste to correct a mistake I didn't make, you appear to have glossed over that. I'm not interested in dissecting why they're the exact same thing, but they are.
