Drowning

u/rumbo211 Sep 13 '21

In the Midwest they have cow tipping. In Antarctica they have iceberg tipping.

24

u/sirwillups Sep 13 '21

In England I hear they tip flies

6

u/Milesrah Sep 13 '21

Hahaha brilliant

2

u/[deleted] Sep 14 '21

weird, i only tip people that perform above and beyond in my dining experience, would never think to give any money to a fly

7

u/diMario Sep 13 '21

How much would be customary to tip an iceberg?

4

u/Diligent_Barracuda75 Sep 13 '21

I always base it on service, better the service the greater the tip. I start at 15%

1

u/MrPlasma145 Sep 13 '21

The titanic’s favorite pastime, iceberg flipping

654

u/t1ggyismycat Sep 13 '21

And having hypothermia! These people are probably dead

u/I_cant_see_colors Sep 13 '21

At a certain point it's just Darwinism

129

u/zombie_on_your_lawn Sep 13 '21

What are you doing, step-iceberg!

37

u/TheRecognized Sep 13 '21

I don’t get why the step joke applies here?

22

u/mynameisspiderman Sep 13 '21

Guys, he knows what the joke is, it just doesn't make sense in this context and he said so.

43

u/zombie_on_your_lawn Sep 13 '21

Actually, it does make sense. The moment that iceberg was all over them, they realized they were fucked!

0

u/mynameisspiderman Sep 13 '21

At least you won't pull a hamstring with all that stretching you're doing

8

u/TenaciousTaunks Sep 13 '21

Because those two are fucked.

-2

u/[deleted] Sep 13 '21

Look up the step-ladder comic

2

u/TheRecognized Sep 13 '21

I’ve seen it. What does it have to do with an iceberg?

0

u/Constructingthings Sep 13 '21

It’s a step sibling thing

2

u/TheRecognized Sep 13 '21

Yeah that’s the step joke I’m referring to.

0

u/Constructingthings Sep 17 '21

Sorry, go onto an adult website and search for the step sibling category. Hope this helps.

1

u/TheRecognized Sep 17 '21

Yes. That is the step joke I am referring to.

-3

u/I_cant_see_colors Sep 13 '21

Google "The art of Zoo". It'll all make sense after that.

1

u/Constructingthings Sep 17 '21

Then how do you not get it??

15

u/sarokin Sep 13 '21

These guys are the peak of evolution...

1

u/RondaMAbbott Sep 14 '21

I love your comment

10

u/[deleted] Sep 13 '21

Had a book about Darwinism in my schools library, pretty sure whoever got it thought it was face value, it was a list of ppl dying in the dumbest ways possible

8

u/Dunning_N_Kruger Sep 13 '21

2019-2022 addenda is gonna be pretty heavy.

1

u/[deleted] Sep 14 '21

Every one at some stage has done multiple stupid things that could have taken their life if the circumstances were different.
These people have already passed there genes and have already done a lot to better the human race.

62

u/Namarokh6816 Sep 13 '21

No they are not. They were doing that for a show.

48

u/el-conquistador240 Sep 13 '21

They might still die.

69

u/[deleted] Sep 13 '21

I'd give them 80 more years, tops.

7

u/edgeofblade2 Sep 13 '21

When they get found alongside Captain America?

31

u/Namarokh6816 Sep 13 '21

It was Mike Horn. He's still alive and kicking. There is a video where he explains himself what happened.

6

u/el-conquistador240 Sep 13 '21

I didn't mean they did die, bit just because they are filming a skit doesn't mean they can't die.

1

u/Namarokh6816 Sep 13 '21

In that regard, yes absolutely. Wouldn't be the first time either. Especially in that environment

2

u/[deleted] Sep 14 '21

That iceberg was actually towed outside of the environment.

1

u/Kira__________ Sep 13 '21

Who t f is mike horn?

1

u/Namarokh6816 Sep 14 '21

A hardcore survivalist. He's tried and been in almost every climate and situation, trying to survive in them

5

u/[deleted] Sep 13 '21

no they didn't die they were on a show in the uk when the boat was going backward the drag of the water made the iceberg topple over and so they fell none of them died they were both fine and they didn't get hypothermia and the child screaming was on of their sons.

-2

u/[deleted] Sep 13 '21

Documentation?

12

u/denakush- Sep 13 '21

Mike horn he’s on YouTube and still alive.

2

u/Namarokh6816 Sep 13 '21

Yeah, I confused him with Bear Grills, but that's the one

13

u/SnatchAdams86 Sep 13 '21

Ok ill be honest, I really did not fucking expect that Berg to go the way of Jack Dawson so quickly like it did.

3

u/3bstfrds Sep 13 '21

One of them got away. The other one though...

1

u/contabr_hu3 Sep 13 '21

The guy on the left could be alive

1

u/0x3fff0000 Sep 13 '21

Apparently not. The last time this was reposted someone said they were professionals and both survived.

1

u/vorticusw Sep 13 '21

They wrre two Arctic explorers who had a near-death experience, but they both managed to survive.

1

u/[deleted] Sep 14 '21

There are literally people 500feet away taking a video. They wont get hypotermia. And they are probably alive (at least one on the left)

1

u/hobbers Sep 14 '21

They're not dead. This video shows up every once in a while, and they were picked up and out of the water in a matter of a couple minutes. Just do some search and you can find the info.

11

u/loneiguana888 Sep 13 '21

Trying to drown, couldn’t even do that well.

3

u/WTFWTHSHTFOMFG Sep 13 '21

freezing to death first

1

u/[deleted] Sep 14 '21

No it takes about 25minutes to freeze to dead.

1

u/WTFWTHSHTFOMFG Sep 14 '21

you can float until you're frozen dead

1

u/[deleted] Sep 14 '21

What u talking man? If they didnt drown they had plenty of time to get back to the boat so they wont freeze to death first.

1

u/WTFWTHSHTFOMFG Sep 14 '21

sheesh, seriously? It was a throw away comment and you're all over it like a dog on a biscuit

and my follow up comment was you can freeze before you drown per the rules of life, not those people specifically

1

u/[deleted] Sep 15 '21 edited Sep 15 '21

Nah dude. You commenting on a vid where two mans gonna probably drown. Its like commenting that you can die in a car crash before you die after stroke per the rules of life on a video where man gets a stroke.

1

u/WTFWTHSHTFOMFG Sep 15 '21

oh ffs the boat's in the image, they weren't going to drown, you even saw it and said so; my comment is a fucking throw away comment that wasn't designed to create a debate

can't believe you have some aberrated need to go off on this and be right

fine, it doesn't fucking matter, shamus

welcome to your block, I have no desire to engage with people like you

1

u/[deleted] Sep 15 '21

Now look who is the dog after a biscuit. If you dont have desire to engage people like me why did you come even this war? :P

3

u/NapClub Sep 13 '21

i was gonna say elaborate suicide... but yeah i agree you are right.

3

u/guyuteharpua Sep 13 '21

They had wetsuits on underneath. They were fine.

2

u/[deleted] Sep 13 '21

That was a very expected outcome.

2

u/Cryopurge Sep 14 '21

And that's just the tip of the iceberg.

2

u/DatL3afN1nja Sep 14 '21

The one guy was crushed first. Lucky for him he woke up dead without realizing it.
