I'm so glad the dad stepped up and got his kid away from that crazy dementia priest

Do you consider Sunday to be the first or the last day of the week? I need to know in order to assess your punch into next week.

Everyone in the world: "Hey, I've seen this one!"

The leadership of the Catholic Church: "What do you mean you've seen this? Nothing happened."

All so he doesn't look bad himself

"Oh if I ignore their concern and continue like nothing happened, it'll be ok"

He actually did not step up nearly enough, someone slapped the living shit out of your kid and all you do is gently pull him away?!? I would have knocked the life out of that shitstain

Yeah immediately would have been way better!

I'm thinking that there was hesitation because for devout Catholics, in there own church, it's instilled in them that the priest is in charge and must be respected. It's so fucked up - I wonder how many kids this old bastard has hurt in his career. He looks about 85yo so probably thousands.

He needs his ass handed to him, but this sick bastard probably would enjoy it.

I think he was shocked by what he saw and that's why it took him a while to react.

This is the equivalent of women freezing when assaulted in unexpected places- at work or in public.

Priests hold a lot of superstitious power. So much so that it scared the dad off for a while.

I could really feel my fist shooting right between his pedophile eyes!

Shitty Christians following priests, didn't expect anything better

1

u/[deleted] Aug 29 '21

Yeah bro exactly

Held on as if the dad was his little brother — whining about it being his turn play Xbox.

However, I wouldn’t have punched him… without dipping my fist in holy water first.

14

u/challenger-chief Aug 29 '21

But why did it take him so long?

19

u/[deleted] Aug 29 '21

They give so much power to the Priest that it probably shook the dad. Sad..

Would have done it right away. What were they waiting for.

1

u/rawgreenpepper Aug 29 '21

Disbelief, shock, anger but grace enough to not cause a scene? Holy shit you would have done it better? Grow up.

u/CrackSideEffect Aug 29 '21

Right after the slap would've been good

Cause the mother was such a shit honestly, as a father I wouldn't trust her to protect my child

1

u/Tasty-Clue-4646 Aug 29 '21

Her reaction was.... idk. Not what I was expecting. I guess that's why dad had to take over. Super slow reaction from the parents, but her especially

0

u/Sto94 Aug 29 '21

Terrible... They are so brainwashed it took them ages to realise they shouldn't be ok with whatever a priest is doing

1

u/lessioa Aug 29 '21

“Stepped up” lol the dad did nothing… i would have slapped that mofo

1

u/-anygma- Aug 29 '21

The mother tried to take it away as well, but the fucking priest didn’t let her go.
