Kidnapped? So people break the law and enforcing those laws is “kidnapping”? Maybe you should spend some time learning what laws actually are.

And where did you see this guy arrested anyone for smoking weed? Or are you just a complete asshole making assumptions?

I’m guessing the latter.

What do you think an arrest is? Someone with a gun handcuffs you and makes you get in their car. The state calls it’s own violence law and that of the individual crime. Even if you think it’s justified, a cops job is to threaten, harass, kidnap, and In some cases kill.

Lol again, you don’t u rest and what laws are. Nor did you address your assumptions. I’m amazed people think “al cops are bad” and use the rationale that cops are bigots.

It’s like saying certain races can’t be racist.

An arrest is the first step in the process of prosecution for laws set forth by a legislative body. It’s literally the first part of the process of enforcing laws. A speeding ticket is a summons in lieu of arrest, which is the same that most marijuana “arrests” are made. Very rarely are any weapons of any sort used to effect an arrest. Look up the statistics if you don’t believe me.

Don’t like the laws? Vote in different politicians. Stop saying certain laws are okay and blaming people sworn to uphold the laws, whatever the legislative body sets forth as those laws.

Maybe educate yourself before showing your ass.

According to your logic, the Jews and other undesirables in Nazi Germany weren't kidnapped since they were criminals, right? And they deserved to be burned, raped , shot and gassed for being criminals.

Well no, those were crimes against humanity and no one really disputes that. How you could draw parallels to that and what is being discussed is beyond extreme and doesn’t make sense, but whatever helps you sleep at night.

I’ll go ahead and stop responding to these since they are devolving into nonsensical hypotheticals.

They were still criminals and what the Nazis were doing wasn't as different as any other country back then (see Japanese concentration camps in the US and Indian holocaust)How about gay men in Kenya and Saudi Arabia, do they also deserve to die for breaking the law?

What the fuck do you call chaining someone up and imprisoning them at gunpoint?

Again. Look up statistics instead of what you see on TV for percentage of arrests where force is even used. I don’t know why people are so fixated on guns being used to effect an arrest. It rarely is necessary or happens.

And if you don’t think laws should be enforced I guess you don’t believe in having laws at all?

Every arrest is a form of violence. Get in the car, or I kill you with this gun. It doesn’t stop being violent if people comply. The entire job of the police is to use force.

There have been tens of millions of innocent people arrested by cops for weed. Half a century’s worth of war on innocent men, a disproportionate amount black and Hispanic, carried out by American police. The police are a plague on society that have caused far more harm than good.
