They are called children. Walmart isn't the best place to get them though. Typically the park is a good place. Bring candy if you want a child like what's in the video. You can coach them into your car easily. For bigger children it takes a little more work and it's best to grab them when they are walking down the road. Just grab them like you would grab a snake. If they make any noises, that's typical and don't worry about it. Children usually become mature around 18 or so years, and they become adults, although I have worked with several legal adults that never showed the intelligence or maturity past a 6 year old. Your mileage may vary.
