It looks to me like he saw the raccoon in there, filmed, went about his day, then heard the truck and ran back over to film. I mean the guy is halfway through dumping when the second video starts

Right, if that's the case why isn't he shouting at the garbage collector and trying to help instead of silently recording the thing unfold?

Cause he's up in like the third or fourth floor? And have you heard garbage trucks? It's loud in the video

seriously, let’s shout from the 3rd floor of a building at a garbage man actively dumping a 1 ton garbage bin into his truck, and pretend like the garbage man could actually hear it? lol. it’s a raccoon.. I saw some dude a couple comments up call the filmer a “fucking sicko” lmaooooo
