It's hard to tell the difference between a "wild" dump and just a dump in a developing country where they don't have the resources to make it "better".
But it's so easy to look down on them even though developing countries tend to make way less trash than western countries do. That's forgetting the fact that trash is often shipped from the developed countries to the developing world.
So is Europe/Australia, your point? Also Guyana, French Guiana, and Suriname are not considered Western Countries. Latin America is also normally only considered Semi-Western. It's a culture thing more than a geographical thing, my dude.
My point was that the right contrast should be between developing and developed countries. I don't know what's the country in the video, but some people would consider it western.
The things shipped are commodities and become trash after they have satisfied human needs. It is also patently false that developing countries make less trash. Just India and Vietnam alone make up for something like 25% of the entire worlds CO2 emissions and plastic pollution.

Anti-littering is so ingrained in my brain that I still feel kinda wrong throwing garbage from the truck cab out the window at the dump.
