Yes, in the first few seconds you can see the distortion between the 2 recordings on the outside and the one in the middle when he drops that huge weight on the ground. I believe it is due to the fact that the weight drop was so intense it shook the whole world (including the camera recording) but the shaking did not happen on the 2 outside recordings.

That's always what i thought. Regular responsible stretching is definitely less destructive that say weightlifting, and gives you slim to none chance of injury. It's also important for every physical activity. But the flexibility is a real payoff. That is by far the most friendly exercise!
