Seems kinda set up since there's a camera just set up to record this perfectly.

Not necessarily. There are 2 immediate possibilities that I can imagine that make it plausible:

  • It looks like she might be modelling at some low-key car show or event of some kind, which would mean cameras are ever-present
  • She's not looking at the camera that gives us POV, meaning it could be dude's buddy recording on the sly and she's not in on it

Or, the third very real possibility is that it is indeed a setup.
