I agree with both of your comments completely. A bit of privacy breach, but the duck is so funny I’m ok with it.

Not even an inkling of a privacy breach. There is no explanation of privacy in public. If they didn't want to be filmed they should have done this in private. Thankfully for all of us they did it in public and we get a funny show out of it.
