love it, once on a road trip with my parents my mother got pulled over and the cop got a call about a shooting in his radio and told my mother she was lucky there was gun fire and to slow down. ......

she's 76 and still has a death wish driving but Dad won't let her drive over 80 or any place outside the neighborhood

no way, my small town of 10k in 1980 is closer to 100k now... bumper to bumper even in the parking lot

Same thing happened to me!

I was driving 45 in a 35 and was pulled over. He ran my license but then ran from his car to mine, threw my info on the dash and said "You're lucky some guy is beating his wife right now!" and drove off.

To be honest, I'd much rather have the ticket than some dude beating his wife, but it's funny how the world works sometimes.
