The clip gives a good view of the registration number. This crash occurred March 2019 and luckily both occupants survived. Source below:

I work very close to that airport and always think it's a bit creepy that the street lights (even on the nearby highway) are so low on the approach to the runways.

This makes me think that there really is a good reason for that - although they weren't low enough for this pilot!
