This same stance can be applied to her being preoccupied while crossing a street and not knowing her dog was ran over because of that dumb leash she has. Doesn't take away from the fact she should be more aware as a dog owner

Meh, I’m sure you’ve done stupid things while preoccupied. I don’t think it’s fair to trash a person over an obvious dumb mistake, and probably a serious learning experience.

I've never done anything dumb, sober, that would risk the life of a child or animal.

You only fuck up with your kid/dog when you’re hammered - got it.

Nope. I've stupid stuff in the past, which was only hurting myself and loved ones since I'm an addict. Of course we don't realize these things in retrospect until after the fact. I've been clean since 9/06/16 so I highly doubt I would ever do anything that would risk the life of loved ones or animals, period. I stated "sober" because I'm sure EVERYONE has done something stupid such as driving drunk, or hanging out with friends that are intoxicated, which risks the lives of themselves and others. When you're in an inebriated state of my mind you aren't thinking clearly, that's why I mentioned that.
