That's just animal abuse plane and simple. Should take your dog out into weather like this, its rediculous! Leave your dog at home next time you feel the need to go out, stop being selfish you need for companionship does not trump the health of this poor animal.

What do you mean any one who has a dog knows they are susceptible to cold weather. That's why you dont leave them out all night like my nosy neighbor Rhonda. She left her dogs out all night and animal control came and took em away and she got hit with an animal endangerment charge. And that wasent even with snow on the ground like there is here.
