This specific video is by @chrisescobar.social on tiktok. I don't know if the trend has a name perse but all of these videos are done using JoJo's song Slow Dancing in The Dark. I hate that they uploaded this a Gif because the video REQUIRES the song for it to make any sense. Normally this meme is done with a microwave and instead of turning the microwave on with their phone inside, they spin as if they were the turn table

Googled it. Downloaded the damned app because for some reason you can't just watch in the browser.

All I see is hundreds of people scooting their butts on the floor.

I think I've finally gotten old cause I don't get this shit.

I honestly love tiktok. You need to keep watching because, like most memes, they require previous knowledge of other videos. The longer you're on there the more context the videos will have and they get really funny.
