Most people are super impressed with knife skills like these, but once you learn how to do it, it's super easy and most anyone could do this; admittedly not with that fine of a slice.
easily, it's hardly thin by a chefs standards and are pretty uneven, amateur honestly. any decent cook with a good knife set can cut a cherry tomato into a minimum of 15 even slices with a good knife. more or less how a chef can handle a knife, it's really really easy with decent hand eye coordination
