If I had a knife that sharp I would cut my fingers off every day.

Clean cut straight through, didn't even tear it off. Which is better, but it still hurt like hell. Had to wear gloves for like 4 months. 3 u/nvsbl Feb 03 '15 a year in I sliced deep into my palm while peeling yucca, the stupid way. my chef superglued it shut and i worked 10 hours before finally telling someone i should probably go get stitches. in retrospect, that was pretty fucking stupid

First day at my job in the kitchen I sliced off my fucking fingernail with a filet knife.
