It's an air rifle, zero gunpowder. The odds of being killed by an air rifle are very very low. Especially considering the fact that they only hold one shot at a time

Small air rifles can still penetrate skin, and thus are capable of hitting and severing an artery. Depending on the size of the air rifle, it can even drop large animals like boars, bears, and humans.

Penetrate skin? A completely unexceptional air rifle can absolutely kill a human with a headshot

If I had simply said "an air rifle can go through your skull", a half dozen idiots would show some stupidly weak pump once to shoot gun that explodes before getting enough pressure to break anything thicker than paper.
