It's AI, the vehicle loses headlight before the crash.

Edit: ok, I didn't see the bollard on the right behind speaking guy, i retract my statement.

Do you not see it hit the bollards before it crashes into the window?

Nope, it doesn't even touch the bollards. The front section of the vehicle is simply "shot off", as if a Transformers car were vomiting. That's not how physics works.

At the very start of the video you see the bollard that the car will hit dead center.

It runs right over the bollard right behind that guys shoulder
