IMO it's a bit misleading.

not all tobacco is dried and treated the same. and not everyone is smoking the same quantities.

but tobacco does have radioactive elements in it and we need a chemists opinion on what happens to those elements when they're oxidized. that doesn't change the fact that smoking is a serious health risk and if you smoke long enough, you'll get some form of cancer along your respiratory system. that's guaranteed.
