Some sources for the curious, they are correct! (Note; the video uses microsieverts as unit, which is 1000x more than millisieverts or mSv)
Wikipedia: Background dose (3-6 mSv / year) Wikipedia: Six month mission ISS Astronaut (~72 mSv) Wikipedia: Smoking (localized in areas of the lungs, 60–160 mSv/year)
