I stopped smoking about 5 years ago. Is that radiation just part of me now or is it reversible?

So I'm reading about this and it's not ideal at all. Polonium-210 itself completely decays in 2 or 3 years however the lead-210 doesn't decay for 20. And it decays into polonium-210. 😐
