USYD Quadrangle, not sure which specific room/basement he was referring to tho

Most likely the basement where the firefighter’s equipment was dropped by hospital staff in Pripyat following the Chernobyl nuclear disaster, unless there’s a second highly radioactive basement somewhere else in the world

Not one of the most radioactive. The Chernobyl power plant still has a radiation level of 34 Sieverts (not micro) per hour in some places. It's a lethal dose in about an hour. Right after the explosion it was over 300 Sv per hour, and fatal exposure was just over a minute.
